I am a 66 year old mom of 12 and grandma of 17. We live in the country and enjoy the benefits of quiet country living on our 24 acres. We have 8 chickens, a dog and 6 cats and two horses. The seasons come and go in the beautiful mountains where we live and with the passage of seasons, also the trials and tribulations of life. I hope to capture some of my thoughts on this crazy life with this blog.

Welcome to "Our Farm"

Being a mom to 12 kids or more is a task that has kept me busy for many years. Just because I am an "old grandma" now has not lessened the responsibility that I have as a "mom". I still have grandkids living at home with us and of course the worries and cares of a mother never ends just because her kids grow up. Welcome then, to the busy life of a "mommy" of 12 and "grammy" to 17.
