Well, I finally accomplished stopping my use of Goody's Powders. About a month ago, I decided to go cold turkey and by some miracle of life, was able to switch my use of Goody's to Tylenol. I know this is probably not too interesting to anyone else, but for me it is a great thing, because I am feeling much better all the way around.

Proud of you mom, those things have always worried me about you. I know how they upset my stomach from just occasional use.
That is great news! I once had an addiction to aleve. It is hard to stop but totally worth it. WAY TO GO!!
Good for you. I'm glad that you can see how much better you feel for not taking them. Think of how much money you will save as a result.
